Returns Policy
We are sure you’ll be delighted with your Samantha Sage purchase, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return any item purchased from this catalogue to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt, we will willingly refund the cost of the goods or organise an exchange unless it is a personalised item. Simply fill out the returns form enclosed with your order, remembering to advise us whether you want an exchange or a refund and send it back to: Star Farm, Gay Street Lane, North Heath, Pulborough, West Sussex RH20 2HN. We recommend returns are sent back by recorded delivery, as Samantha Sage Limited cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Always retain proof of posting.
